Reports reaching us say that a school in Nyanya, Ave Maria school has just been hijacked by gunmen in the past hour and girls taken from it.
Nyanya has unfortunately been terrorised with explosives twice in the last two weeks, leaving hundreds dead, and many more in hospital.
A student in a close by Local Education Authority school says they have all been asked to go home because of the incident.
