The
singer is being treated in Los Angeles hospital, where she was
delivered after the plane had been forced to make an emergency landing.
On June 4, Kefee's family officially confirmed she was in coma, with her
husband begging Nigerians to pray for his beloved.
It has been
gathered by Nigeriafilms that Branama crooner is in her 6th month of
pregnancy and is experiencing pre-eclampsia, i.e. pregnancy induced high
blood pressure.
A medic from Nigeria, Dr Adeyefa, explained that
if the foetus had been 9 months, it could have been removed, which
would save both lives, of the mother and the baby.
The doctor continued:
"As
it is now, not only will the baby not survive because the carrier is in
coma, Kefee may also lose her life from further complications. The
chances of the mother surviving is narrow, while the kid has a narrower
chance. I urge Nigerians to pray for her, that's all she needs."
