Just like Kanye West who recently wore a crown of thorns and also
brought a Jesus Christ's look-alike on the stage of one of his concerts,
a repetition of almost same scene has just been replicated by Tuface
Idibia in his new video, 'Spiritual Healing'.
First of all, Clarence Peters being one of the most prolific music
producers we have in the country, much was expected of him in the video
said to have been directed by him.
The video was more like a child's play, an immature cartoon creation.
Even at Tuface Idibia's level of achievement in the industry, one
expects him to have matured in his taste for esthetics but the reverse
is the case. How could he have accepted such a video at this time and
age?
Now to Tuface's blasphemy of the most powerful being in heaven and on earth- Jesus Christ.
Everybody knows Jesus was killed, he resurrected and ascended to
heaven in the presence of his disciples. Tuface's 'Spiritual healing'
imitates it.
Spiritual Healing sees Tuface sitting on the throne with his queen.
Then some rebels got him and his queen murdered. But his ghost wearing a
white apparel an a crown came back for revenge, killing those who
murdered him and setting his people free from their captivity. Then in
the presence of his people, Tuface ascends into heaven while they
watched him disappear from their sight.
Blasphemy isn't it?
But dope song though. The song is tight except for the concept of
the video which keeps me wondering why Clarence Peters chose such and
Tuface accepted it.
And like I said, trust no one in the entertainment industry because
anybody can belong anywhere. Tuface, why imitate Jesus Christ?
