This is so awful we barely even know where to begin.
Police are currently on the lookout for cult leader Victor Barnard, who founded the The River Road Fellowship in rural Minnesota in the 90's, and currently faces 59 counts of child molestation.
Multiple members contacted authorities, saying he asked followers to send their girls to what they believed to be a summer camp. However, it turns out the young women were being asked to perform sexual acts on him while they lived at this "camp."
10 girls attended, ranging from ages 12-24, and according to one complaint he had a calendar to schedule out when he was going to be with each victim.
The girls allegedly acted very fondly towards Victor, however, once one of them grew old enough to refuse having sex with them, he would reportedly replace them with a younger girl.
Unfortunately, he's still on the loose — and because he's so well connected, authorities have no leads and say he could be anywhere. If he is found and convicted, he faces multiple 30-year terms in prison.
